MCC Supervisor

Location: South of London / South Central

Hours: 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday + Overtime Available

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

This market leading client is looking for a candidate with previous restoration experience, and knowledge of fire and water damage. A prestigious organisation that is looking to promote the next talent to an MCC Supervisor, a hero that can lead a team and promote the organisations values.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Man, management of technicians and agency staff ensuring highest attainable standards of customer service are delivered.

* Issue daily toolbox talks to the technicians to ensure all health and safety concerns are being met, and that the job is progressing as planned.

* Effective control of onsite subcontracted services maximising utilisation both in terms of cost and customer service

* Undertake performance management keeping accurate records, upon Project Managers' direction

* Ensure van is equipped, and all equipment is clean and serviced according to manufacturer's guidelines

* Flexibility across all areas as the need of the business demands

What we are looking for:

* Psychometrics / Speed drying / Chloride testing / fire damage / water damage experience

* IIRC/BDMA accredited

* IPAF / PASMA qualification

* Resilience with ability to delegate

* Previous restoration industry experience

* Insurance principles and policies
