ABOUT YOU...

Must have QTS
Have previous experience as a year 4 teacher, or primary teacher in another year group
Have a modern, progressive view of teaching and education
Have strong communication skills
Be personally invested and committed to achieving educational outcomes
Be able to insist on high standards of behaviour and learning expectations
