Description
As A Payroll Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Manage payroll processes for all employees.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll submissions.
- Handle all payroll related queries and issues.
- Maintain up-to-date payroll records.
- Liaise with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate payroll data.
- Stay informed about payroll regulations and procedures within the business services industry.
- Provide payroll reports to management when necessary.
- Support the accounting and finance team with ad hoc tasks.
Profile
A successful Payroll Administrator should have:
- A strong educational background in accounting, finance or related field.
- Proven experience in payroll administration.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and procedures.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
