Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Client Account Manager with proven customer service skills to work for a fast growing exciting company based in East Grinstead.

My client are looking for a Client Account Manager to assist with the daily queries, process orders using a ticketing system as well as maintain existing relationships.

Salary: between £25,000 - £27,700k

Location: East Grinstead - hybrid - 2/3 days office based

Hours: Monday to Friday: 8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm

Key Responsibilities:

Be first point of contact on queries, maintaining client relationships.
Resolve daily queries, process orders, and handle related correspondence.
Use ticketing systems to update clients within SLA and follow SOPs.
Coordinate with Customer Services, Warehouse Team Leaders, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
Manage live chat and inbound queries, forwarding them to relevant departments within agreed timeframes.
Provide frontline telephone and email support.Skills and experience:

Customer service experience, meeting deadlines and SLA commitments
Financial responsibility experience
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
Organised, especially with email management
Strong interpersonal skills
Effective team player
Excellent written and verbal communication
