Registered Manager vacancy
Registering with OFSTED as the manager of a children's home
Managing a home that supports children and young people with EBD and challenging behaviours
Work with RI to ensure the safe management and running of a children's home
The home is currently rated GOOD by OFSTED
Service is a high-spec, recently refurbished property, for children and young people to thrive and feel at home
Manage referrals
Manage budgets
Work alongside HR and recruitment team, to assist with management, development, training and recruitment of staff team
You will create a culture within the home to strive for positive outcomes for each young person
Leicester based
Salary:

Up to £60,000
+ up go £6000 in bonuses
Requirements:

NVQ level 3 in children and young people
NVQ level 5 in leadership and management
Deputy or registered manager experience
