Amazing opportunity available for a Accounts Payable Executive to join a Tour Operator in South West London. As the Accounts Payable Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the Management Accountant in day-to-day financial accounting. This role is a 12-month fixed term contract (Maternity Cover)
The Job:
* Invoice Inputting
* Invoice coding
* Payment Runs
* Invoice Approvals
* Uploading all invoices to oracle
* Payments Inbox
* Staff queries
* Supplier queries
* Processing Credit Card Transactions
* Handling staff and supplier queries daily as a brand ambassador of the department
* Ensuring employee expenses are submitted and processed as per the company's expenses reclaim policy
* Various administrative duties including devising a smart filing system
Skills Required:
* A willing and flexible approach to work duties
* Able to work effectively as part of a team
* Attention to detail & high numeracy skills
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is essential
The Package:
* Salary £24,000
* Hybrid working (3 days work from home , 2 days office)
