Creative Support provides personalised support to individuals with a variety of disabilities. Through the care we provide we aim to support and encourage service users to live independent and fulfilling lives. This aim drives everything we do and we need likeminded, caring individuals to help us achieve this goal.

Supporting service users with learning disabilities in their home in Clitheroe, we require relief support workers who are resourceful, energetic and willing to participate in activities. If you are a positive and warm individual you can help us to change the lives of four service users by enabling them to access opportunities and participate in their local community.

To take on the rewards of this role you will need to be energetic, committed, a team player, enthusiastic and possess strong communication skills. You will support our active and social clients as they take part in local community activities and events including swimming, going the gym and taking long walks. Bringing a sense of fun and humour to these activities and other daily living challenges is essential in supporting our service users to live rich and rewarding lives.
