We're looking for a dynamic finance leader to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will provide finance leadership across our diverse and complex business, partnering closely with the Senior leadership team.

As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll navigate a multifaceted landscape of multiple brands and legal entities, all dedicated to delivering high-quality care at home across the UK. You will play a key role in our finance transformation journey, balancing strategic oversight with a hands-on approach to ensure financial excellence.

Everyday you will...

  • Act as a business partner to internal and external stakeholders, some of whom may not be finance literate
  • Develop close understanding of the business to give business context behind the numbers
  • Critically review finance operational processes to ensure optimal efficiency and alignment with business objectives
  • Line manage the community finance team, ensuring continued engagement 
  • Co-ordinate the annual budgeting process from initial compilation with business to final central submission
  • Provide subject matter expert representation of projects across the business ensuring maximum ROI is delivered
  • Provide the MD and divisional management team commentary on month-end performance
  • Critically evaluate the financial performance of the business and proactively bring to management’s attention areas of financial or operational inefficiency and recommendations for improvements

To thrive in this role you must...

  • Have a recognised UK accounting qualification (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
  • Have 2+ years experience in a Finance Business Partner role
  • Have previous management/leadership experience
  • Be a detail-oriented with experience in the creation and development of excel-based MI and forecasting templates
