Salary: £85 - £95 per day (dependent on experience)

The Role:

Supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) in a primary school setting
Working closely with teachers and SENCO to implement tailored learning plans
Encouraging engagement, independence, and confidence in learning
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment

The Ideal Candidate:

Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
Has experience working in SEND settings within a SEND school
Is compassionate, patient, and proactive in supporting children's individual needs
Looking for a long-term, permanent opportunity to become part of a fantastic school community
