Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Haringey

Contract: Full-Time / Permanent
Salary: £102 - £115 per day (dependent on experience)About You: We are seeking an enthusiastic and patient SEN Teaching Assistant who:

Has experience working with children on the autism spectrum and supporting their learning needs.
Is confident in assisting students with communication difficulties, sensory processing challenges, and behaviour management.
Can deliver one-to-one and small group interventions to support learning and social skills development.
Works well as part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with teachers, therapists, and support staff.
Is proactive, adaptable, and passionate about creating an inclusive learning environment.Your Responsibilities:
Support students in their academic, social, and emotional development within a specialist ASD setting.
Implement tailored learning strategies, including visual supports, sensory approaches, and alternative communication methods.
Assist in managing behaviour through positive reinforcement and de-escalation techniques.
Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver personalised support plans.
