Role Overview:

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting IDAM systems, ensuring compliance, security, and seamless integration with business processes. You will work closely with technical and business teams to enhance identity governance, streamline access management, and support wider security initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide technical expertise in Identity and Access Management (IDAM)

* Analyse and enhance existing identity governance processes

* Support role-based access control (RBAC) implementation

* Work with cross-functional teams to improve IDAM integration

* Ensure compliance with security policies and industry regulations

Key Skills & Experience:

* Strong experience in IDAM / IAM solutions within large enterprises

* Hands-on expertise in identity governance, authentication, and access control

* Knowledge of RBAC, SSO, MFA, and privileged access management (PAM)

* Experience working with IDAM tools and technologies

* Financial services experience is a plus
