Surveyor

Salary: 40k - £60k DOE + company benefit package

Location: Brighton

Hours: Mon-Fri 9am - 17.30pm

Free parking

(must have a full UK driving licence and own transport)

If so, I have an exciting opportunity for an experienced surveyor to join my clients team based in Brighton.

You will already have membership to the RICS, CIOB, IStructE or FPWS and have experience in the roles of Buildings owner Surveyor or Adjoining owners Surveyor role.

Responsibilities:

• Providing an outstanding service to appointing owners.
• Assist in growing the cross-sector party wall side of the business.
• Carrying out schedules of condition.
• Reviewing proposed works and serving of appropriate notices.
• Raising the profile of the business.
• Bring on new clients and expand into new territories.
• Cultivating strong business relationships with counterpart surveyors.

The right candidate with have an appropriate construction related qualification and be able to demonstrate a detailed understanding of construction as it relates to the Act and notifiable works. You will be committed to growth and be prepared to go the extra mile to do a great job.
