The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Mechanical Project Director with a strong background in Data Centre projects to lead a critical project in Acton. This is a unique opportunity to take on a pivotal role within our organization, driving the successful delivery of a state-of-the-art data centre from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

* Project Leadership: Direct and manage all phases of the mechanical aspects of the data centre project, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.

* Team Management: Oversee and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

* Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships.

* Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards of quality and safety, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.

* Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, financial forecasts, and cost controls to maximize profitability and efficiency.

* Technical Expertise: Provide expert guidance on mechanical engineering and construction practices, troubleshooting challenges, and implementing innovative solutions.

Requirements:

* Experience: Proven track record in mechanical project management with significant experience in Data Centre projects.
