Shopify Developer - Remote

A fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced Digital Agency as a Spotify Developer. Here, you'll have the chance to work on exciting projects and bring your expertise in Shopify Plus, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to build, customise, and optimise high-quality e-commerce stores for a diverse range of clients.

Location: Remote
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 DOE

What You'll Be Doing:

Develop, customise, and optimise Shopify Plus stores to meet and exceed client expectations.

Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Implement and enhance Shopify Plus features, including advanced scripting and integrations.

Collaborate closely with our design team to translate mockups into fully functional, high-performing Shopify Plus stores.

Optimise site performance to ensure fast load times and smooth user experiences.

Integrate third-party applications and APIs to expand the functionality of Shopify Plus stores.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure seamless site operation.

Stay up-to-date with the latest Shopify Plus features, best practices, and industry trends.

Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for existing Shopify Plus stores.

Skills Required:

Proven experience as a Shopify Developer, particularly with Shopify Plus projects, preferably within a digital agency setting.

Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

In-depth knowledge of Liquid, Shopify's templating language.

Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus features, including scripting, automation, and integrations.

Solid understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development principles.

Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing your time and tasks effectively.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
