Aspire People are thrilled to be recruiting for an experienced Year 1 Teacher to join a vibrant primary school in Leamington Spa. This is a full-time position starting after the October half term, with full teaching responsibilities until the end of the academic year.

✨ Key Responsibilities:

Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum.
Mark and provide constructive feedback on student work.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Monitor and support the progress of each child.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience.
Adhere to the school's safeguarding policies and procedures.

🔑 Requirements:

Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Minimum of 2 years' experience teaching in a KS1 setting.
Up-to-date safeguarding certificate.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is essential.
Strong communication skills and a passion for supporting young learners.
