Our client is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join their growing Employment Team. The ideal candidate will be a newly qualified to 2 years post-qualification experience solicitor with employment law experience. We are looking for a candidate who is the right fit for our clients team, with a focus on delivering exceptional service. More experienced solicitors are also welcome to apply.

• Work on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
• Provide advice on settlement agreements, disciplinary and grievance matters.
• Manage employment tribunal cases effectively.
• Maintain a high standard of client care and compliance.
• Engage in marketing and development activities for the team.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the firm.
• Travel between offices and client sites as required.

• NQ to 2 years PQE in employment law, although more experienced candidates will be considered.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in legal research and document drafting.
• Excellent IT skills and the ability to work independently.
