Multi Skilled Engineer

Location: Westminster, London

Monday to Friday (Week 1: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Week 2: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM)

We are seeking a versatile and skilled Multi Skilled Engineer to join our team, working at one of their headquarters located in Westminster. As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you will be an integral part of a team of three engineers responsible for maintaining and ensuring the smooth operation of the building's HVAC systems. Your role will include performing pre-planned maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities for a Multi Skilled Engineer:

* Conduct pre-planned maintenance across a variety of HVAC equipment.

* Diagnose and repair HVAC system faults to minimize downtime.

* Ensure all work is completed in accordance with health and safety regulations.

* Participate in a rotating shift pattern, alternating weekly between early (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM) and late (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM) shifts.

* Be available for call out 1 in every 3 weeks, with a standby payment of £100.

* Utilize a pool vehicle when on-call for any off-site requirements.

* Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operation and client satisfaction.

Qualifications/Experience for a Multi Skilled Engineer:

* Qualifications: Relevant technical qualifications in HVAC or mechanical engineering.

* Experience: Proven experience in a multi-skilled engineering role, particularly within facilities management.

* Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
