The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll report directly to the Directors and take full ownership of large-scale residential schemes. You'll be at the forefront of project delivery, acting as a Quantity Surveyor and Employers Agent while guiding junior team members and collaborating closely with prestigious clients.

Key responsibilities:

Leading and managing end-to-end project delivery.
Providing expert pre and post-contract Quantity Surveying services.
Mentoring and developing junior Quantity Surveyors.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive repeat business.

About You

We're looking for a confident and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who can hit the ground running. To thrive in this role, you'll need:

A RICS Accredited Degree Qualification
MRICS ideally or currently walking towards
5+ years Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Consultancy
Strong pre and post contract experience
A successful track record managing projects from inception to completion
Employers Agent experience is highly desirableIn Return?

£65,000 - £75,000
£4,000 car allowance
Discretionary bonus - up to 20% of your salary
45p business mileage
