Salary: Up to £50,000

We are seeking a qualified Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial environments. This role requires the candidate to be technically strong.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct building maintenance, including PPMs
Plumbing PPMs & repairs
Pumps & Motors
Heat Pumps & valve replacements
Technical mechanical knowledge - AHUs, FCUs, Hydraulics etc.
Client facing skills to communicate with the client
Package & Benefits:

Competitive basic salary of up to £50,000
Van & Fuel Card provided
Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm
Callout required
Overtime Available
25 Days annual leave + Bank Holidays (Goes up to 28 days)
Requirements:

Level 2 or 3 in a mechanical qualification or any related qualification such as a Mechanical Degree
3+ years of experience in Building Services and commercial environments
Experience with Hydraulics, AHUs, FCUs
Proven track record in commercial environments
Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
