An established Structural Steel company based in the West Midlands is seeking an experienced contract Assistant Site Manager to support their growing operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing daily on-site operations
- Coordinate subcontractors and site personnel
- Monitor project progress and report issues
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Support preparation of site reports and documentation
Requirements
- SMSTS/SSSTS certification
- First Aid qualification
- A strong background in the Structural Steel industry is required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
Benefits
- Competitive salary package: £300 - £350 a day
