The Role

As a Year 1 Teacher, you will:

Deliver engaging and creative lessons tailored to the Year 1 curriculum, ensuring all pupils are supported in their learning.

Plan, prepare, and adapt lessons to meet the diverse needs of pupils of all abilities and backgrounds.

Assess pupils' progress, provide constructive feedback, and encourage their development.

Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and motivated to learn.

Work collaboratively with fellow staff members and parents to enhance pupils' educational experience and well-being.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.

Have experience teaching in KS1.

Be passionate about early education and dedicated to helping young learners thrive.

Demonstrate strong classroom management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils.
