Responsibilities - Service Advisor

* Provide customer care and communicate between the customers and the workshop

* Inform and consult on vehicle servicing

* Update customers at every stage of the process

* Liaise with technicians about vehicle statuses

* Give advice on products and services

Required Skills - Service Advisor

* Proven experience working as a Service Advisor

* Excellent communication skills

* Knowledge of Kerridge would be extremely advantageous
