Job Title: Experienced Electrical Estimator
Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: Up to £65,000 (Based on Experience)+ Car Allowance

We are a large M&E Contractor based in Wolverhampton, seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our team. We work across a range of sectors including commercial, industrial, local authority, education, and government. Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare accurate and competitive electrical estimates for projects in commercial, industrial, education, and government sectors.

* Review tender documents, specifications, and drawings to understand the full scope of work.

* Conduct detailed take-offs from design drawings and specifications.

* Prepare cost estimates, including materials, labor, and equipment for multi-million-pound projects.

* Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate quotes and ensure best value.

* Work closely with the project team to ensure seamless handover of successful tenders.

* Provide detailed reports and assist with bid proposals.

* Stay updated on market trends and pricing strategies to ensure competitive and accurate estimating.

Key Requirements:

* Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Electrical Estimator within the M&E sector.

* Proven track record of estimating for projects in the commercial, industrial, education, and government sectors.

* Strong understanding of electrical systems and installation processes.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Proficiency in using estimating software and MS Office.

* Relevant qualifications in Electrical Engineering or similar.
