📢 About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Learning & Organisational Development (L&OD) Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the training landscape for our clients business! As the L&OD Manager, you'll oversee the entire training population, providing invaluable management, coaching, and leadership to elevate the skills and professionalism of our trainers, senior trainers, and campaign specialists. You'll not only drive our learning culture but also deliver tangible results by optimizing training effectiveness, meeting headcount needs, and embedding governance across training programs.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Oversee and manage the training team with a focus on coaching, regular observations, and feedback to ensure skill progression and knowledge retention.
Training & Upskilling: Lead upskilling sessions for Senior Trainers, Trainers, and Campaign Specialists, ensuring the delivery of relevant and impactful learning experiences.
Governance & Standards: Implement and uphold training governance processes across departments and maintain standards for the Training Diary and Training Management Report.
Innovative Training Design: Redesign training materials to drive engagement and align with the latest industry trends.
Quality Assurance: Conduct monthly observations, spot checks, and coaching sessions with a RAG status approach, ensuring consistency and excellence in all training sessions.
Strategic Support: Collaborate with the L&OD Business Partner to assist in bid design and contribute to campaigns for pilots, process improvements, and refreshers.
Administration & Coordination: Manage the attendance line, handle voicemails, and coordinate with Logistics to ensure accurate reporting.🌟 Why Join Us?
