We operate a fulfilment centre for our fast-growing luxury womenswear brand and are seeking a new Warehouse Associate to join our team, working alongside our Warehouse Manager to assist in the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. Our warehouse is based in Aldermaston, Reading.

This is an active role that will keep you on your feet, requiring a high level of attentiveness to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

We are looking for someone who is organised, efficient, energetic, and passionate about their work, with excellent communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork. You should be self-motivated, able to manage your own time, and enjoy working quickly while maintaining attention to detail.

DutiesSupporting the Warehouse Manager in day-to-day running of the warehouse:

  • Picking and packing orders (including stylist/press loans and wholesale orders when required)
  • Daily sorting, unpacking and processing of returned packages
  • Quality checking, steaming, hanging and relabelling garments
  • Counting and organising stationary, packaging and equipment. Notifying the Warehouse Manager when re-orders should be placed
  • Supporting the Warehouse Manager in handling new stock deliveries, including booking and organising stock into relevant locations
  • Maintaining and updating all Google documents daily
  • Maintaining stock accuracy through regular stock checks and one full quarterly stock take
  • Weekly participation in team meetings to learn about wider business development and planning
  • Maintaining a safe, secure, and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations and ensuring the warehouse is always 100% secure
  • Closing of the warehouse daily with the Warehouse Manager
  • Take on other Warehouse Manager duties (if requires support, unwell or on holiday)
  • Assisting with new products, populating spreadsheets, helping with photographs and adding imagery to the website
