Our Client has built up and maintained an excellent presence within the market and now due to a result of their ongoing growth and success now have an excellent opportunity for a Financial Planning Administrator to join their thriving Business based in Harrogate

Working out of the office you will be responsible for providing a first first-class client journey. The successful candidate will be responsible for New Business processing in relation to all Products including, Pensions & Investments. You will be providing support to two financial planners and be the first point of contact for all clients, daily duties will be varied and include;

Responsibilities

• New business processing
• Obtaining Valuations and Illustrations
• Client liaison by phone
• Preparing client files and reviews for advisers/appointments
• Review preparations including valuation reports
• Dealing with Letters of Authority

The successful candidate will need to have previous experience working as a Financial Planning Administrator - with knowledge of Platform/Wrap use and back office systems.

Our client is looking for a self-motivated career administrator, enthusiastic and positive but meticulous individual, who is able to work as part of a team and have a flexible approach.
