Site Administrator

£28,750 + Pension

This is a brilliant opportunity for a Site Administrator with good customer service skills to join a very established organisation that we have worked with for many years!

Some of your duties will include:

- Providing all round administrative and customer service support in the Maintenance Department

- Liaising on a daily basis with the management team in relation to work to be completed

- Co-ordinating pre-planned maintenance requirements and emergency works

- Setting up jobs to be completed on the computer system and allocating work to a team of Engineers

- Tracking jobs being completed from instigation point through to successful conclusion

- Costing jobs that have been completed and raising client sales invoices
