We are recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant for a Primary School in the L9 area of Liverpool to work on a full-time, long-term basis starting ASAP!

Your role & responsibilities:

? Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students

? Support students consistently whilst responding to their individual needs

? Deliver catch-up/intervention sessions

? Work with the class teacher in planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons as appropriate

Non-negotiables:

? Recent and relevant experience working with children and young people (preferably in an educational setting or )

? Empathy and compassion - passionate about providing a nurturing learning environment

? The ability to work under the guidance of the class teacher
