Key responsibilities as a Senior Electrical Engineer:

* Contribute engineering design input to new products.

* Provide ongoing support for existing product ranges.

* Assess technical queries and deliver engineering solutions across a broad product portfolio.

* Collaborate with sales, procurement, and production teams to ensure optimal technical solutions.

* Source components and materials as needed.

* Create part numbers, bills of materials, and engineering documentation (specs, proposals, assembly instructions, test procedures, reports).

* Review and approve manufacturing drawings and documentation.

* Ensure engineering solutions are delivered on time and within budget.

* Adhere to engineering standards and company processes.

* Act as technical approver for electrical, electronic, and embedded software product documentation.

* Manage team performance, work allocation, compliance, and daily operations (approving leave, time reporting).

What we are looking for in a Senior Electrical Engineer:

* Proven expertise in electrical/electronic design skills.

* Extensive experience in circuit design, PCB layout, and embedded software (MPLAB, ST32).

* Strong understanding of electrical systems and designing for EMC compliance.

* Proficient in PCB design tools like Altium Designer (schematic capture & layout).

* Experienced with electrical design software such as AutoCAD Electrical.

* Skilled in performing design calculations.

* Prior product design experience is a plus.

* Experience with PLM systems for creating and managing engineering documentation.

* Previous experience in diving equipment design is advantageous.

* Electrical/electronic engineering degree or equivalent industry experience
