Our Client is a housing association in the North West who are seeking a interim candidate with experience with prior housing associations or local authorities to join their housing operations and voids team. The sucessful candidate will oversee the management of contractors ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage labour teams to carry out void repairs
Making sure works meet required standards
Deliver void repairs within deadlines
Prepare properties for reoccupation
Ensure compliance with design and management regulations
