Description
- Oversee the successful delivery of training schemes
- Manage a dynamic team dedicated to the delivery of programs and courses
- Ensure all programs meet the quality standards set by regulatory bodies
- Develop strategies to improve delivery
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of standards and regulations
- Collaborate with other department leads to ensure seamless delivery of training programs
- Manage the administration within the department including maintaining an up to date CRM and training records
Profile
A successful Apprenticeship Operations Manager should have:
- Proven experience in managing direct rapports
- Strong experience in an administrative role, ideally having had to coordinator various tasks
- Strong leadership skills to guide a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with stakeholders
- Knowledge of apprenticeships or further education is desirable but not essential
- Commutable to Derby City Centre
