Haringey Council are looking for a Registered Building Inspector to join the service.

Information & Role Requirements.

• Hybrid Working (Site inspections)
• Inside IR35.
• £55hr but can be negotiated.
• Contract role.
• Building Control experience (at least 3 years)
• Local Authority Building Control experience preferred
• Achieved a BSR Registration Class 2 and working towards Class 3.
• Ability to carry out the full range of duties i.e.
• Plan checking and site inspections
• Hours could be flexible and working location could be flexible (although site inspections are within Haringey)
• Transport required for site inspections
