About the role of Design Manager

This is an excellent opportunity to work as a Design lead on a new 100 unit RC frame project which is a 10 storey RC frame block. The role will be site based in southeast London and report to a Senior Design Manager that is based off-site

Requirements for the Design Manager role

Experience working in a Design or Technical Management role with a Main contractor or developer
Experience working in the residential sector
Experience with project delivery
