The Ideal Candidate

* Competent Commercial or Residential Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker

* Full CeMAP or equivalent

Team Management experience:

* Experience of full range of finance solutions

* Minimum 2 years experience mortgage advisory experience (or similar)

* Be able to demonstrate strong sales skills and knowledge

* Drive and enthusiasm

* The ability to build relationships at all levels

* The desire to be a Top Earner
