The school are currently seeking a highly organized, proactive, and approachable individual to join our team as the School Office Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the school and support the wider school community.

The Role
As the School Office Manager, you will be the central figure in the school's administrative operations. You will lead a small, dedicated office team to ensure the smooth running of the school's administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the school's administrative team, ensuring efficient day-to-day office operations.
Act as the first point of contact for parents, staff, and visitors, providing excellent customer service.
Oversee student attendance, admissions, and records management.
Coordinate school communications, including newsletters, emails, and updates.
Manage the school's budget in collaboration with the headteacher, including handling invoices, orders, and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and other regulatory requirements.
Support the senior leadership team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
Organize meetings, events, and schedules for staff and students.About You
We are looking for someone with:

Proven experience in office management, preferably within a school or education setting.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Competence in IT systems, including [mention specific software, e.g., Microsoft Office, SIMS].
An ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and positive attitude.
