Are you passionate about engineering education and looking for a leadership role in a dynamic Further Education (FE) college? We have an exciting opportunity for a Curriculum Team Leader in Engineering to join our dedicated team.

As the Curriculum Team Leader for Full Cost and Commercial Courses in Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in providing academic leadership to our curriculum teams. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Academic Leadership: Lead and support curriculum teams in delivering high-quality engineering courses.
• Operational Management: Oversee the operational aspects of the curriculum area, including the development of timetables, and monitoring of quality and performance.
• Commercial Development: Drive the growth of full-cost and commercial courses by building and maintaining strong relationships with the Sales Team and local industry partners.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning within the department.
• Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and supportive environment within the curriculum teams to achieve outstanding educational outcomes.

• Commercial Acumen: Ability to develop and manage full-cost and commercial courses, with strong links to industry.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and management skills to oversee the operational aspects of the curriculum area.
• Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to foster good working relationships with the Sales Team and industry partners.
