Area to be covered: South West & South Wales

Remuneration: £48,000 - £52,000neg + £19,000 bonus

Benefits: £560 car allowance and exceptional benefits package

The role of the Business Development Manager - Brick Products will involve:

* Field sales position high end range of manufactured bricks

* All of your time will be spent selling to national developers such as: Taylor Wimpey, Redrow and Barratt Homes

* Inheriting a well-established area currently turning over £15m

* Ensuring call plans, CRM system and reporting are consistently up to date and timely

* Regularly reporting into National Business Development manager and working along-side other area sales managers

The ideal applicant will be Business Development Manager - Brick Products with:

* Must have sold heavyside building products to developers

* Ideally contacts within the likes of Taylor Wimpey, Redrow and Barratt Homes

* Team player

* Consultative, service driven sales approach with exceptional key account management / relationship building experience

* Commercially astute: appreciation for profit margins, presenting, communication and exceptional negotiation skills

* Well presented, determined, analytical with genuine integrity

* Excellent presentation and communication skills
