Responsibilities of an ECT Maths Teacher:

Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons to students across KS3 and KS4.

Inspire and motivate students to achieve their best in Mathematics.

Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the Maths curriculum.

Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Uphold high standards of behaviour and discipline.

Participate in school events, parent evenings, and professional development sessions.

Requirements for an ECT Maths Teacher:

Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT).

A strong passion for teaching Mathematics and a commitment to student success.

Ability to create engaging and interactive lessons.

Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

A proactive and positive approach to teaching and learning.

Must be able to work effectively as part of a team.
