A leading player in the industry is currently looking for an Fabric Maintenance Engineer/Handyman to join their growing team, covering a large commercial property based in Exeter, EX1.

The Role

As the Fabric Maintenance Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in the following:

* Covering a large commercial property based in Exeter.

* Service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on a range of fabric and general plumbing maintenance as well as supporting the M&E Team.

* General maintenance duties as and when required - painting & decorating, tap changes, tiling, carpet fitting, fire doors and general fabric/handyman duties.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in the role of Fabric Engineer / Handyman, you'll bring the following skills and experience to the role:

* Ideally have at least a year's some experience working in a similar role.

* Must live within a commutable distance of Exeter, EX1.

* Strong communication skills.

* Can do attitude, willing to be flexible and learn new skills to train to a NVQ 2 standard in Plumbing, Carpentry etc.
