Shift: Monday to Friday - Full time

Key Duties:

* Provide special contract customer services and administrative support.

* Take import bookings and input them into the internal software system.

* Liaise directly with customers to ensure smooth operations.

* Prepare sales invoices for the administration team.

* Assist the team with various administrative functions as needed.
