Position: HGV Mechanic

Location: Tonbridge

Hours: 40 hours per week (Split Day Shift: 6 AM - 2 PM / 2 PM - 10 PM)

Salary: £18.75 per hour

Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on HGVs.

Performing inspections to ensure all vehicles meet safety and compliance standards.

Utilizing advanced diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Working effectively within the team to deliver timely and high-quality service.

Keeping detailed records of all work completed.

Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience as an HGV Mechanic.

Strong knowledge of heavy goods vehicles and mechanical systems.

Ability to work split shifts reliably.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Relevant qualifications in vehicle mechanics (e.g., NVQ Level 3).
