What You'll Be Doing
As a New Business Sales Agent, you'll be handling mostly inbound enquiries and turning them into happy customers! Your mission? Maximise sales opportunities while providing top-notch customer service.
✔ Engage with potential new customers and help them find the perfect insurance policy
✔ Follow up on quotes and close deals like a pro
✔ Hit and exceed your sales targets and KPIs
✔ Stay organised with a strong sales pipeline to keep those deals rolling in
✔ Learn and master the company's full suite of products (with full training!)
What We're Looking For
✅ Sales superstar with experience in insurance or a similar industry (preferred)
✅ Proven track record in hitting targets and smashing KPIs
✅ A positive, driven, and adaptable mindset
✅ Ability to prioritise and organise tasks efficiently
✅ Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
✅ Team player who also thrives on individual success
✅ Willingness to work towards a Cert CII qualification (a bonus but not essential!)
