Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee Irish travel operations, ensuring smooth, high-quality service for clients.
- Collaborate with the Edinburgh team on Ireland-based tours, refining and improving our offerings.
- Build strong relationships with local partners to enhance customer experiences.
- Oversee customer satisfaction, problem-solving, and day-to-day team management.

The Person
We're looking for a motivated and skilled individual who knows the Irish tourism landscape. Ideal candidates will have:
- 3+ years in Irish Tourism, ideally with self-drive, private, or group tour expertise.
- Senior Travel Consultant, Team Leader, or Sales Manager experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong computer skills and organisational acumen.
- Passion for Irish tourism and client satisfaction.
