We're seeking a seasoned travel professional based in Dublin to lead Nordic Visitor's expansion into Ireland. You'll be responsible for establishing and managing our Irish operations, offering unique tour experiences to clients, and working closely with our Edinburgh team to build a seamless connection across the Irish Sea.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee Irish travel operations, ensuring smooth, high-quality service for clients.
  • Collaborate with the Edinburgh team on Ireland-based tours, refining and improving our offerings.
  • Build strong relationships with local partners to enhance customer experiences.
  • Oversee customer satisfaction, problem-solving, and day-to-day team management.

The Person

We're looking for a motivated and skilled individual who knows the Irish tourism landscape. Ideal candidates will have:

  • 3+ years in Irish Tourism, ideally with self-drive, private, or group tour expertise.
  • Senior Travel Consultant, Team Leader, or Sales Manager experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong computer skills and organisational acumen.
  • Passion for Irish tourism and client satisfaction.
