Jonathan Lee Recruitment is recruiting a CNC Programmer for a leading manufacturing business in Redditch, Worcestershire. The hiring manager is looking for someone with programming, setting, and operating experience on vertical and horizontal milling machines. The role comes with an attractive salary up to £35,000 per annum and benefits for your expertise.

We are looking for someone who has experience with Haas, Mazak, and/or Matsuura machines.

As a CNC Programmer, you will work day shifts Monday through Friday in a busy workshop. You will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating the CNC Milling machine.

Ensure the machine is set up correctly
Plan the workload on the machines
Schedule maintenance for machines to ensure minimal downtime
Ensure all CNC machines have the programs loaded correctly
Conduct basic machine maintenance when required
The successful CNC Programmer applicant will have previous experience within a similar role and experience with Haas, Mazak, and/or Matsuura machines. You will also require competency with Microsoft Office packages and a good understanding of tooling systems.
