Lettings Administrator/Negotiator
Are you organised, customer-focused, and ready to make an impact in the property sector? We're seeking a proactive individual to support our client within their lettings team on a Temporary to Permanent Basis (12 weeks)
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering calls and managing emails efficiently.
- Advertising properties
- Arranging and conducting viewings, gathering feedback, and negotiating offers.
- Supporting tenant move-ins and managing referencing and Right to Rent checks.
- Administrative tasks including key management, utility bill handling, and compliance checks.
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in lettings or a similar role (preferred).
- Excellent communication, organisational, and customer service skills.
- Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Full, clean UK driving license.
