Key Requirements:

• Proven expertise in residential and commercial property transactions, leasehold matters, and specialised areas (e.g., shared ownership, commercial leases, development work)
• Familiarity with stamp duty, VAT, wills, probate, and unregistered land
• Qualified solicitor with a practicing certificate
