They are seeking a professional and reliable Night Concierge to join their team. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a friendly and professional welcome to residents and their guests.
• Monitor the building and surrounding areas to ensure security and safety.
• Assist residents with any queries, requests, or concerns.
• Coordinate deliveries, parking, and the collection of parcels for residents.
• Ensure the building is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Provide occasional support with parking services, requiring a valid driver's license to park vehicles when necessary.

Requirements:

• Previous concierge, security, or customer service experience preferred.
• A valid driver's license is essential for parking tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
