CAREER OPPORTUNITY - SALARY UP TO £80K, NORTHAMPTONSHIRE BASED, ASSISATNT QUANTITY SURVEYOR / QUANTITY SURVEYOR, MULTIPLE PROJECTS, CAREER PROGRESSION, HYBRID WORKING.

An opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor to join a Northamptonshire based Residential Groundworks Business on their commercial team. The client has had continual growth and is looking for an Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor to join their team to help expand the business. A £20m turnover Groundworks business which projects in Commercial and Residential groundworks.

Duties:
• Optimising contract profitability
• Provide quotations to clients for variations
• Comprehensive understanding of Residential Groundworks
• Accurate monthly cost and value reports
• All other daily tasks performed by a Quantity Surveyor

Requirements:
• Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor in residential groundworks
• Time management skills and meeting deadlines
• Experience in value engineering
• Proficient in all Microsoft packages e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Remuneration:
• Up to £80,000
• Car allowance
