Company Overview

Streamline Services are dealing with one of London's leading M&E contractor's who have a strong pipeline for their Data Centre Division.

This is a great chance to join a great M&E contractor with a proven track record within the industry covering sectors such as, Data Centre's, Life Sciences & Commercial projects.

Duties

* Reporting into a Senior PM/ Contracts Manager

* Attendance of meetings on-site

* Commissioning of Mechanical Systems

* Manage and oversee projects from start until completion, ensuring the work is completed on time

* Responsible for Dealing with sub - contractors

* Installation of Chilled Water Systems

* Responsible for QA works for the Mechanical packages

* Produce RAMS & Progress reports to report to the sub - contractor/client

Requirements

* SMSTS/ ECS Black Card is needed

* Working for a M&E sub - contractor is preferred

* Has experience within Data Centre Projects

* Previous experience as an Mechanical Construction Manager

* Stable CV

* Must have a good understanding of the Data Centre Sector
