Position: Associate Solicitor - Commercial Litigation

Location: Manchester City Centre

Compensation: Negotiable up to £75k DOE and PQE level

Profile: Qualified associate solicitor with 5+ years PQE in commercial dispute resolution to manage cases and support our team of senior fee earners, trainees, and administrative staff.

Responsibilities:

* Client liaison and case analysis

* Timely response to client queries

* Precise communication with involved parties

* Drafting and reviewing case documents

* Managing own cases in compliance with procedures

* Supporting senior fee earners on complex matters

* Coordinating with administrative team

* Attending Court/Tribunal

* Collaborating with Counsel and experts

* Contributing to team targets and business development

Requirements:

* Qualified Associate Solicitor

* Expertise in commercial dispute resolution and ADR

* Excellent communication skills

* Strong attention to detail and case management

* Team player with initiative

* Client-focused and commercially aware

* Knowledge of insolvency disputes would be beneficial
